Range Riders Pull Away As Mustangs Fall 18-11
Jun 13, 2026

The Billings Mustangs (17-5) dropped an 18-11 contest to the Glacier Range Riders (14-9) on Saturday night at Dehler Park.

The two teams traded blows throughout the early innings in a back-and-forth battle that featured multiple lead changes. Billings and Glacier were tied 8-8 after five innings before the Range Riders pulled away late.

Jack Neyler provided one of the highlights for the Mustangs, leading off the second inning with his first professional home run. The blast gave Billings a 3-2 lead at the time.

The Mustangs continued to battle throughout the evening, but the Range Riders offense gradually created separation over the final frames.

Cameron Bowen added a solo homer in the eighth inning, his seventh long ball of the year.

Despite the loss, the Mustangs still lead the six-game series 3-2 ahead of Sunday's finale.

The two squads square off on Sunday afternoon at Dehler Park with a scheduled first pitch at 1:05 pm. David Hankins is the expected starter for Billings against Glacier's Aidan Elfering.
